Pet Insurance

 Pet insurance is a contract between pet owners and their chosen insurance company

 Dr. Brown does not communicate directly with insurance companies or accept insurance as a direct form of payment

 Medical records (paper system) and invoices are available upon request for pet owners to submit directly to their chosen pet insurance company 

 Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for requests 

 There is no charge for copies of paper medical records or digital invoices. However, requests for the creation of custom documents will be billed at an hourly rate
