Herbal Consult/Profile with Herbal Prescription -a la carte (for established/active acupuncture patients only) 

 Chines Herbal selection is based on many factors tailored to each individual patient. Factors include patient tongue and pulse diagnosis, diagnostic scan results, Five Element Theory, TCVM pattern diagnosis (often multiple patterns are present), patient history, current lab results, season/time of year and more. 

 Most patients with chronic conditions have multiple pattern diagnoses. Herbal may change or other blends may be added pending response to treatment, season/time of year, etc.

 Most herbal blends can be used for 3 to 6 months as needed on a case by case basis. Follow up, recheck, or telemedicine fees apply for reevaluation. Does not include owner purchased herbs from unknown sources 

 The Chinese Herbal Medicine Consult includes the creation of an herbal profile as detailed above, the additional time needed outside of the patients appointment to do so, along with the first bottle of Jing Tang Herbal specific to the patients TCVM pattern diagnosis with convenient home delivery (for established acupuncture patients only) $180
