New Client Requests STEP THREE THIS STEP IS FOR APPROVED REQUESTS ONLY Approved requests will receive an email from scheduling@brownvetservices.com with detailed instructions on how to submit the minimum required deposit (step three) for the requested appointment choice and location before moving forward with scheduling details (final step) Deposits will be deducted from invoice total or applied to cancellation fees if less than 48 hours notice provided. Approved requests are waitlisted at this step until authorized deposit received *Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion. If a request is not approved a courtesy email will be sent either requesting additional information or providing local referral information. Please note: any unauthorized deposits received is a violation of Dr. Browns Zero Tolerance Client Aggressive Behavior and Bullying Policy. Unauthorized deposits will be charged both a reversal and transaction fee and the new client request will be automatically permanently declined |
