TeLeVET TIME FEES

Brown bills for her time & expertise outside of in person appointments in 15min increments at a rate of $50/15 min 

 Excludes initial complimentary appointment follow up via PATIENT UPDATE & PROGRESS FORM

 TeLeVET Time Fees will be automatically billed for email threads that go beyond the complimentary follow up or to emailed questions where a TeLeVET Time Request Form was not submitted

GUIDELINES

 For active patients only. Patients must have had an in person exam with Dr. Brown within 12 months to be eligible

 Dr. Brown will always respond via email during regular business hours unless a phone call or text is necessary or specifically requested

 Regular business hours are Tues-Fri 11AM to 5PM. Closed Sat, Sun, Mon & Holidays

 Response times vary due to the nature of this practice & doctor availability 

 Please note this is not an EMERGENCY or emergency response service

 For advanced communication needs with text and/or extended hours please inquire about concierge communication package subscription options

 Receive continued guidance directly from Dr. Brown in between Housecall or Soul Puppy appointments
