RECHECK HOUSECALL APPOINTMENT FEE 

 Available within 2 to 4 weeks of initial appointment for same condition monitoring-active patients only

 Starts at $175 for 30 minute recheck

 Additional time billed same as below

TECH APPOINTMENT

 Starts at $88 and up based on location & availability (tech exam/travel) for active patients only-owners must be present at time of tech appointment

 Additional fees apply for tech services (subcutaneous fluid administration, nail trim, anal gland expression, lab sample collection, monthly injection, etc.)

*A la carte services are added on to general medicine housecalls on a case by case basis. Fees for the above services vary. Estimates available by request during in home general medicine appointments for active patients only. A la carte is not a type of housecall option. A general medicine housecall is required. Note: Dr. Brown does not offer sedation, anesthetic procedures, dentals, surgeries or microchipping via housecall. Local referrals available upon request. This is not an emergency service

 Includes up to 40 min additional total doctor/appointment time

 Extended Appointment Time In Home 

 Billed at $50 per 15 min increments after initial one hour appointment time 

Remote Time Outside of Patient Home 

 Authorizing prescriptions and refills to outside third party pharmacies $22 per call

 Complimentary written prescription available upon request to take or mail directly to third party pharmacy of choice

 Online pharmacy supporting Dr. Brown as a local small business vendor available as well

 Contacting specialists at owner request $22 per call 

 Creating custom documents at owner request-variable pending time required billed at hourly rate in 15 min increments of $50/15min

TeLeVET Time Remote Support Services

 Access Dr. Browns heart centered care, time & expertise for patient & owner support outside of in person scheduled appointments

 Billed at rate of $50/15min

 Please note in person appointments do not include unlimited access to Dr. Brown via email/phone/text once the appointment has ended
