APPOINTMENT POLICY
 
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Patients are seen by scheduled appointment during regular business hours based on location and availability
New client form, medical records, proof of rabies vaccine history (excluding puppies/kittens/ autoimmune patients) and appointment deposit including any additional scheduling fees are REQUIRED prior to scheduling for safety purposes
Due to the nature of this practice, it is recommended to be familiar with local emergency and full service clinics in your area as Dr. Brown may not be available due to the logistics of scheduling a mobile practice
If your pet has a chronic internal medicine condition and/or is seeing Dr. Brown for TCVM services only, please continue to keep an active client-patient relationship with your regular local full service veterinarian/clinic
Please note this is not an emergency or emergency response service
Dr. Brown is unable to offer services to aggressive patients, patients with a history of aggression or patients in need of sedation for exams due to safety concerns. Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion
SAME DAY/URGENT CARE/AFTER HOURS
Dr. Browns schedule typically books 2 to 4 or more weeks in advance however Dr. Brown will do her best to fit in patients that need to be seen as best she can if feasible
Same day, urgent care & after hours appointment requests considered on a case by case basis pending availability, location, etc.

EMERGENCIES
Dr. Brown is not able to offer EMERGENCY services due to the nature of this practice

BASE HOUSECALL TRAVEL FEE
covers travel up to 15 miles from 85205 hub.
ADDITIONAL/EXTENDED TRAVEL FEES
apply for areas outside of 15 miles from 85205 hub that are still within travel zone. Travel Area
Phoenix is growing and many of the cities that Dr. Brown travels to expand great distances. Please allow a 30 min window from scheduled appointment time to account for any unforeseen travel issues
Due to COVID-19 at its variants, masks are recommended for safety purposes. Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion
