 Base Housecall Travel Fee*

Comprehensive Physical Exam for one pet per visit

 Brief Medical History Review 

Discussion of General Medicine Wellness & Prevention Recommendations and Treatment Plan  (TCVM not included)

Includes up to 1 Hour of Total In Person Doctor-Appointment Time (extended appointment time billed at $50/15min)

Cost: $222 (*Additional fees apply for a la carte/adjunct services such as vaccines/labwork, etc. extended appointment time & extended travel-if applicable)
