Herbal Prescriptions are available for active TCVM Acupuncture patients with completed herbal consult and current herbal profile

 Active TCVM Acupuncture patients may request an Herbal Consult (prepaid service) at any time.  Please submit a Patient Update Form to request and have a current TCVM Patient History Form on file. Additional fees apply

• Herbal blends are drop shipped from Jing Tang Herbal via Chi University in Florida
• Jing Tang offers over 300 blends tailored to specific TCVM diagnostic patterns 
• Formula variations are blend specific i.e. capsule, powder, teapill, tincture or topical

Please submit the online form below for all refill requests

• TeLeVET fees may apply for Herbal Re-evaluation if changes in herbal formula treatment plan are needed 
• Please note Dr. Brown does not recommend or authorize the use of Chinese herbs from unknown sources or third-party distributors online or local

Processing & Shipping 

Please allow a minimum of 1 business day for processing via Dr. Brown once payment has been received (if re-evaluation/changes to treatment plan not needed) and 1 business day for processing via Jing Tang (located in Florida with EST hours of operation) in addition to shipping time. 

 All herbal prescriptions are drop shipped via USPS 1st class mail-3 to 5 business days from FLA to AZ

 If paying remotely via Zelle/Venmo/Paypal direct please note orders will be processed after payment received. Zelle preferred to avoid the 3% transaction fee
