Integrative Veterinary Medicine takes a comprehensive approach to pet health via a combination of conventional veterinary practices and complementary or alternative therapies

This custom housecall selection combines a General Medicine Exam & Consult with TCVM Service & Treatment options during the same appointment

• Includes up to two hours one on one in person doctor time during the initial appointment for one pet along with an initial acupuncture treatment
• One medical condition per appointment 
• Restrictions apply for certain medical conditions*

Creation of patient specific TCVM Herbal profile with home delivery of first bottle of Jing Tang Chinese Herbs based on TCVM pattern diagnosis-this is a prepaid service to be completed outside of appointment time

Certain Medical Conditions

*Continued General Medicine vs TCVM case management is at doctor discretion on a case-by-case basis based on patient status and medical condition history. Dr. Brown requires all patients have a brick-and-mortar full service clinic or specialty center with current Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) for chronic internal medicine conditions and emergencies. Certain conditions such as seizures, diabetes & heart disease, for example, require continued care & medication refills via a full-service clinic or specialty center and will be offered TCVM follow up only due to the nature of this practice. Thank you

Adjunct & a la carte services

Additional fees apply for adjunct or a la carte services such as TCVM Chinese Herbal Consults, TCVM Food Therapy, Diagnostic Lab Work, prescribed medications, supplements, herbal prescriptions & refills, additional time, extended travel, rechecks and herbal reevaluations, etc.

Acupuncture treatment packages available after initial appointment. Treatment packages are for acupuncture only. Additional fees apply for add on conventional medicine, etc. 

Deposit

This housecall option requires a minimum three-hour block off of doctor schedule time to account for in person and travel time requiring a larger new client deposit. It is not possible to change to a different housecall option once booked. The full fee for this choice will apply in full. Thank you
