THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING DR. BROWN!

Please submit the online new client request form (required) for the service option that best suites your pets needs (step one). Online forms may be completed on smart phones or computers in ten minutes or less and are emailed directly to Dr. Brown

All required fields must be filled for forms to process correctly

After form submission please immediately go to step two. Both steps are required in order for Dr. Brown to properly evaluate your request

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

You will receive an email from scheduling@brownvetservices.com within 1 to 7 business days from date of new client form submission acknowledging receipt of form request. This email will include additional information & possibly questions regarding your request. Please respond directly to this email to keep request active (for tracking purposes please do not start new threads)

If you do not receive an email within 7 business days then your form was not processed correctly i.e. it was not received or there was an error with the email provided on the form. Please email scheduling@brownvetservices.com for assistance.
