Step One: ONLINE FORM

Please submit the online new client form above then immediately complete Step Two for best service

  • An email from scheduling@brownvetservices.com will be sent regarding request no later than  1 to 3 business days after form submission 
  • If you have an emergency please seek immediate attention at a local full service emergency clinic as this is not an emergency service. 

Step Two: MEDICAL RECORDS

Please contact your current/previous veterinarian directly to authorize/release and email medical records directly from clinics to records@brownvetservices.com

  • Requests are waitlisted until medical records are received
  • IMPORTANT: records must come directly from veterinary clinics. Owners must contact their current/previous veterinary clinics directly to authorize release 
  • Note: Dr. Brown does not accept patients with a history of aggression or in need of sedation for exams & reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion

Step Three: APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT

Approved requests will be emailed information on how to make an appointment deposit

  • Approved Requests are waitlisted until the deposit is received

Step Four: EMAIL CONFIRMATION

  • Detailed information regarding available appointment days and times will be emailed and confirmed after receiving the appointment deposit

Western=Allopathic/Conventional (Options such as comprehensive physical exams, wellness/prevention exams, vaccines, sick/injured/nonemergency health concerns, labwork, prescription medication, etc)

Integrative=combination of TCVM & Western options


Would you like your pet to have acupuncture and other TCVM treatment options during their  appointment?

If YES, options include:

If NO, options include: 

  • Wellness & Prevention Western Housecall
  • Sick/Injured/Nonemergency Western Housecall 
  • Quality of Life Assessment/Second Opinion Western Housecall
  • General-Nonspecific "Meet & Greet" Exam/ Consult Western Housecall

Would you like your pet to receive acupuncture AND have the option of performing labwork, obtaining prescription medication, discussing treatment options from both a  Western (allopathic/conventional) Veterinary Medicine AND TCVM perspective during the same appointment?

If YES, the appointment option is:

  • Integrative Housecall 

If NO, options include: 

  • TCVM only Housecall
  • Soul Puppy Holistic Healing office

Are you concerned about your geriatric pets quality of life but are not ready to say goodbye and would like guidance and supportive care for pet?

We are a proud, local, veterinarian/family-owned and operated, micro-small business private practice since 2010. A rare breed today! 

  • Please understand that we are either actively with a patient or actively driving for housecalls and are unable to respond to questions regarding general inquiry information that can be found on this site. This is a mobile specialty practice without a reception staff in an office like a full service clinic
  • In order to focus on patient care, life-work balance, and manage staff costs, Dr. Brown has created three very extensive websites to address questions and scheduling as it is not possible for her to personally respond

  • Remote assistant Gabby will send a complimentary brief email response. This request may take up to 1 to 3 business days
