*REQUIRED FOR APPROVED REQUESTS ONLY THAT HAVE BEEN OFFICALLY NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL

 4. Appointment details offered & confirmed via email

Note: Dr. Brown has three branches to her practice (main site). Housecall patients are not considered & separate from Soul Puppy patients (vice versa), TCVM-only patients are not considered General Medicine patients (vice versa), etc.
